Summary: I submitted a request through Hotels.com to accommodate my disability need of having a lower bed. I picked this hotel because it said the beds in the handicap units were lower but if they were lower they weren't low enough for a disabled person to safely transfer into the bed. The bed height needs to be around 21 or 22 inches from the floor. When I asked the front desk person about getting someone to remove the bed frame to lower the bed, she said she couldn't do that. She really had a "don't care" attitude and said she didn't see anything on the reservation. Fortunately there was barely enough room to place an air mattress in the room that I slept on. If there hadn't been enough room for the air mattress and had we not anticipated a potential problem, I am not sure what we couldn't have done. The mirror was not lower in the bathroom for me to use and the pool was ice cold. Besides those complaints it was very nice, clean and well cared for.

Summary: Stayed in room 201. Very noisy as doors closed and poeple above at midnight to 2 AM. Otherwise, beds were nice and clean and rooms adequate.

Summary: Customer service was not pleasant or friendly. Our door was open upon a late arrival along with 4 other doors on the floor. We needed additional towels and called down and no connection to front desk. Beds were comfortable.

Summary: The pool was not heated and was very cold. Very disappointed with regards to the pool. The tub in the room when taking a shower would not drain properly. Believe that it should be taken care of. The pool was the biggest disappointment.

Summary: This property was ok. My friend said it was two years old. For being only two years old the building was pretty run down. Stains on the ceiling, floor, tub, under the sink. Elevator was rickety. Pool heater was not working and water was ice cold. Now for the good. Sheets were nice and clean, room appeared clean, breakfast was amazing. The lady that was preparing the breakfast was very nice and made sure everyone had what they needed.

Summary: Our visit to your hotel was very good but didn’t start that way. We walked into our room which was as far as we could get from elevator and on top floor. I didn’t think about it til we were in the room but the toilet was way too low. I have terrible trouble with my knees so I wish I had mentioned we’d like a handicap friendly room but it was too late and I didn’t want to cause a problem. The breakfast was fabulous. I’d return for just or it! All things worked out in end so I’d stay here again if in the area. The hotel also seemed emaculate. Nice employees trying hard!

Summary: Good breakfasts; excellent, friendly, responsive staff. Suggestion: If bedding for the "day-bed" is not provided in the suite rooms, instructions on how to obtain should be given--multiple trips to the front desk should not be required.
